SevenLens is operated by Soledad Designs (Australia). This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect when you use SevenLens, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Payment details: collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe provides us your name, email, and payment confirmation.
- Assessment answers: your responses to the 21 diagnostic questions, plus the business name, contact name, email, phone, and industry you provide with them.
- Your report: the scores, ratings, and written analysis the engine produces from your answers.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver your diagnostic report and, if you book one, run your debrief call.
- To contact you about your report and follow up on your engagement, never for third-party marketing.
- In anonymised, aggregated form, to improve the diagnostic's benchmarks and analysis quality.
Where it lives
Assessment data and reports are stored in our operational systems (form processing, workspace, and database infrastructure hosted by reputable providers including Tally, Notion, Supabase, and Make). Your report is delivered at a private link addressed by a long unique identifier; the link is not listed or indexed, and is intended for you and whoever you choose to share it with.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't share your individual answers or report with any third party, except the service providers above as required to operate the product.
- We don't use your identifiable data to train AI models.
Case studies and testimonials
We only reference your business in marketing, named or anonymised, with your explicit permission, agreed in writing first.
Access and deletion
Email jake@soledad-designs.com at any time to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or its deletion. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days; we may retain payment records where required for tax and accounting law.
