These terms govern your purchase and use of the SevenLens Business Diagnostic, operated by Soledad Designs (Australia). Buying a diagnostic means you accept them.

What you're buying

One SevenLens diagnostic: a 21-question assessment, a scored report across seven lenses delivered at a private link within 2 business days of your completed assessment, and an optional 30-minute debrief call. The report is yours to keep and to share as you choose.

The Blind-Spot Guarantee

If your report doesn't show you at least one specific, valuable thing you didn't already know, you pay nothing. Email jake@soledad-designs.com within 14 days of receiving your report and you'll be refunded in full. No form, no argument. This sits alongside, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What the report is, and isn't

SevenLens is a structured diagnostic based on the answers you provide. It's decision support, not professional advice: it is not financial, legal, or accounting advice, and it doesn't replace your accountant or advisor. The quality of the output depends on the honesty of your answers. Decisions you make from the report are yours.

Founding rate

Founding seats are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for a short feedback call and a two-line testimonial. The testimonial is only ever published with your approval, named or anonymised at your choice.

Fair use

One purchase covers one business, assessed once. Re-running the diagnostic later, or assessing a second business, is a new purchase. Don't resell, reproduce, or white-label the diagnostic or report format.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe in Australian dollars. Prices may change; the price you paid is the price you paid.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the amount you paid for the diagnostic. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
